Information about personal data processing
We are pleased that you are interested in our legal news. To send you legal news we must process your personal data, specifically your e-mail address. Therefore, let us inform you about how we process the data and what your rights are in connection with the processing of personal data.

Before we move on to the information you need to know, let's summarize a few concepts.
The personal data that is processed will be only personal data that you provide to us, such as your e-mail address or your first name and surname (if it is evident from the e-mail address).
When we refer to the Regulation, we mean Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), the general regulation on the protection of personal data, known as the GDPR.
We will process your personal data listed above only for the purpose of presenting our publishing activities and our services and information on news in the field of law and legislation.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation.
Protecting your personal data is our priority.
We do not pass on or make available the e-mail address that you provide to us. The only exception to the above is the possible transfer to a state body that is required by law. In addition to the foregoing, the e-mail address will also be processed by Webflow, Inc. located at Webflow, Inc. 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, which is the website provider, and by UAB "MailerLite", J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania, which is the provider of the newsletter application.
We do not transfer your personal data to any third countries or international organizations that do not provide adequate personal data protection.
We will store personal data for as long as you wish to receive our marketing messages. You can easily unsubscribe marketing messages within each individual message by clicking on the link "Unsubscribe here" that is located at the very bottom of each marketing message.
You have several rights in connection with the processing of personal data. You can ask us at any time to confirm whether your personal data is being processed by post or e-mail, and if so, you have the right to access this personal data and information about it. You have the right to correct inaccurate or supplement incomplete personal data. You can ask us at any time to delete all personal data or in cases under Art. 18 of the Regulation to restrict the processing of personal data. You have the right to receive your stored personal data from us and to request that we pass it on to another data controller.
We process personal data fairly and transparently. However, if you think that we do not, you have the right at any time to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection. All information, as well as contact information, can be found at: https://www.uoou.cz/
After we receive your request to delete personal data your personal data will be destroyed without further notice. Of course, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before the end of the collection of legal news.
We obtained your personal data directly from you. There is no automated decision-making or profiling in direct marketing.
This information relates only to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending marketing (advertising) e-mails and does not preclude the processing of personal data for other purposes.
